Metrics is a collection of 93 read-only fields calculated based on CRM usage and relationships.
Metrics allows users to view and create reports based on additional data from user and customer activities – with zero manual effort. The process runs fully automatically. Access valuable insights such as the date of last contact, the number of days a case has been open, or the average number of days to close a sales opportunity – and much more.
These fields help you answer key questions like:
- When was the last contact?
- When is the next contact scheduled?
- How many days has a quote been in progress?
- How many days does it take on average to close a quote?
- How many days pass before a support ticket is closed?
- How long does it take to resolve a sales opp?
- Which records have no scheduled activities?

Additional Fields for Opportunities
The following additional fields are also available in Metrics:
- Remaining days (until expected close date) – This value is automatically calculated by the system.
- Duration in days – This value is automatically calculated by the system.
- Actual close date – This date is automatically set when the stage is changed to Closed Won.
- Overdue by X days – This value is automatically calculated by the system.
- Duration in weeks – This value is automatically calculated by the system.
- ... and many more.

Metrics fields are available for the following modules: Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Opportunities, Cases, Tasks, Calls, and Meetings.

No additional data entry required
Rather, it is a collection of read-only fields for Sales, Marketing, and Service, from which all required information can be retrieved. These insights are then visualized accordingly.
You can also use them as search filters for dashlets, list views, or as filters for any type of report.
